RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Standard products

Standard products are items for sale throughout the site that do not specify any limitation or condition of purchase, such as HYPE products, which will be identified as such in the product description and in the shopping cart. Returns or refunds URBAN CREED BARCELONA does not accept requests for refunds for products purchased online, except for the following reasons:

• The product purchased is out of Stock in the shop and due to inventory error the product was not available for dispatch, even so the customer will be offered the option to wait for the product to become available again or exchange it for another product.
• If the product shipped does not correspond to the product purchased on the website and there are no units of the purchased product available, the customer will be asked to return the product.

Exchanges The customer can make an exchange for another product if he/she is not satisfied with the purchased product, for this he/she must send back the product, this return must be paid by the customer, and he/she will be issued a discount coupon equivalent to the value of the product linked to his/her account, which he/she can use to purchase at his/her discretion within the URBAN CREED site.
