RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns of merchandise will only be accepted during the 25 days following its reception and that have been authorized by the company LAL DEEP S.C.P. (URBAN CREED).

It is necessary that the goods are in perfect condition, including seals and packaging. It is important to pack the products well so that they do not suffer any damage and to include all the components and original box/packaging of the product. Please remember that if the goods do not arrive in good condition, the amount to be returned or the return of the damaged product will be assessed. You must include the delivery note and tick the refund or voucher box.

To return the goods you have the following options: (FOR EXCHANGES ONLY)

1. You can go to any of our shops and process your return free of charge. The shop staff will take care of the management of the return.

In this case, the product will be programmed to be collected from your home address, which must be perfectly protected and following the recommendations given at the beginning, and the same carrier will put the label so that it arrives at our facilities. All this management has a cost of 4,90€ which will be deducted from the returned product.

It is estimated that the waiting time for the return is 2 to 5 working days (when there is an active promotion there may be a slight delay).

Residents in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and outside Spain, should send the goods by post to the address URBAN CREED , calle marina 251 local 1 , Barcelona (08013) and the amount will be at your expense (both customs and shipping costs) and we are not responsible for any incidents that may occur in the shipment.

* As soon as it is received in our warehouse or in our physical shop and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. The refund will be made by the same method that the payment was made (card, Paypal,). When we receive the goods, we will contact you by email to inform you that we have correctly received your return and that we will proceed with the refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The process for a claim for a defective product of an online purchase is as follows:

1. Send a photograph of the defective product to info@urbancreedbcn.com
2. Indicate the defect of the product
3. Photo of the receipt or invoice of the purchase.
4. Name and contact telephone number.
5. The complete address of the purchaser

In the case that 24 SEGONS believes it, the client will have to send the product to our warehouse (URBAN CREED will be in charge of returning the shipping costs to the client). The Returns Department will analyse this case and will send you an e-mail in response to the defective product.

In the case of return of defective material due to a manufacturing fault 24SEGONS will issue a voucher valid for future purchases. Under no circumstances will the amount paid by the customer be refunded.

The process for a claim for a defective product of a purchase in a physical shop is as follows:

1. Take the defective product to the shop.
2. Bring the receipt or invoice of the purchase.

From the same shop will proceed to assess the defective product, and will issue its assessment between 0 and 3 working days depending on the case.

-In the case of return of defective material due to a manufacturing fault URBAN CREED will issue a voucher valid for future purchases. In no case the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

-In the case of return for defective material due to a defect of use or if it is considered that, according to the parameters required by the brand, it is not a manufacturing defect, URBAN CREED will inform the client the reason for not proceeding with the claim.

Returns or refunds

URBAN CREED BARCELONA does not accept requests for refunds for products purchased online, except for the following reasons:

• The product purchased is out of stock in the shop and due to inventory error the product was not available for dispatch, even so the customer will be offered the option of waiting for the product to become available again or exchanging it for another product.
• If the product sent does not correspond to the one purchased on the website and there are no units available of the product purchased, the return of the product will be requested.
• In the event that URBAN CREED BARCELONA cannot meet this deadline due to lack of stock, our customer service department will contact you within 1 to 3 working days to inform you and proceed to confirm the approximate date of service, exchange or cancellation of the order.
• If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded immediately in the same way in which it was made, in the event that none of the alternatives offered or the service date provided does not satisfy the customer.

Exchanges

The customer can make an exchange for another product if he/she is not satisfied with the purchased product, for this he/she must send back the product, this return must be paid by the customer, and he/she will be issued a discount coupon equivalent to the value of the product linked to his/her account, which he/she can use to purchase at his/her discretion within the URBAN CREED site.
